Washington State University administers a trademark licensing program designed to provide manufacturers with the ability to create products featuring University logos and graphic marks while also ensuring that the institution's reputation, image, and brand identity are presented appropriately.

The Trademark Licensing office coordinates and reviews requests to apply the University identity to products.  Revenues generated through the sale of licensed merchandise support Washington State University programs and services.

When working on staff apparel, promotional items, or any other product that is WSU branded, check the Trademark Licensing website to ensure your vendor is licensed.  If a suitable vendor cannot be found, Trademark Licensing can work with you and the vendor you have in mind to develop a solution.
