Tabling Displays
Tabling at various locations around campus is perfect for meeting your audience face-to-face and it tactic that helps with word of mouth marketing. Each location has various policies and methods for scheduling a table. Check below for specifics on locations available to your club or department.
Free resources are available for Registered Student Organizations who wish to table. Stop by the Student Organization Center located in CUB 331 to take advantage of free graphic design, photography, videography, poster supplies, advising, and more!

Chinook Student Center
Tabling at the Chinook Student Center is limited to Registered Student Organizations. Tables are placed outside in front of the building.
If you are interested in reserving a table in front of the Chinook, visit scheduling.wsu.edu to make your request. With your reservation, please note that tables and chairs are provided.
Tables are free for Registered Student Organizations. Groups can reserve tables up to 10 days per month. Reserving tables two weeks in advance is recommended as reservations are made on a first come, first served basis and often fill quickly.

Compton Union Building
If you are interested in reserving a table on the mall or in the CUB, visit scheduling.wsu.edu to make your request. With your reservation, please note the following:
- Tables and chairs are provided
- Easels are available upon request
Tables are free for Registered Student Organizations and CUB Community Members. A fee of $10 will be charged to WSU Departments. Groups can reserve up to 10 days per month. Reserving tables two weeks in advance is recommended, as reservations are made on a first come, first served basis and often fill quickly.

Dining Services Locations
Student Organizations may request the opportunity to set up a table to distribute information about their organization directly with the Assistant Director of Residential Dining.
The use of this privilege will be limited to:
- ASWSU
- University Recreation
- Organizations partnering with Residence Life
- Residence Hall Association activities which are system-wide
- Living group announcements
- Housing and Dining Services materials
Authorized student organizations (listed above) wishing to sell products, tickets, etc., in a Dining Center should contact the Dining Service Assistant Director of Residential Dining at dining@wsu.edu for permission. After permission is granted, specific arrangements should be made with the individual unit manager.
Groups may be allowed to solicit in hallways or foyers outside of the dining areas. Contact Residence Life at for permission to display/table/solicit in these areas.

Student Recreation Center
Registered Student Organizations can schedule a table in the lobby of the Student Recreation Center. Tables are free for Registered Student Organizations. Groups can reserve tables up to 10 days per month. Reserving tables two weeks in advance is recommended as reservations are made on a first come, first served basis and often fill quickly.
