  • The GET App provides WSU staff and students with CougarCard-based food ordering and Residence Dining Account, Mini Meal Plans, and Cougar CASH account management services.  Students can manage their CougarCard-based accounts, find places to eat, order food for pickup or delivery, and more. GET provides valuable information about account balances and spending history and lets you report a lost or stolen card anytime. For Student Affairs Staff

You should submit a ticket to the ASIS helpdesk for:

  • Checkout Equipment Reservation Requests | Reserve ASIS checkout equipment such as laptops, projectors, etc.
  • New Employee Onboarding, Exiting Employee Offboarding, or Employee Transition Related Requests | This request type is for adjusting personnel access, whether it be onboarding new employees, transitioning employees between roles or departments, or offboarding a departing employee's permissions and access.
  • Software or WSU Service-Related Requests | This request type is for issues involving a piece of software or a WSU service, such as Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
  • Equipment Related Requests | This request type is for issues involving a physical device such as a computer, printer, tablet, etc. This is NOT intended for checkout equipment requests.
  • Equipment Move Requests | This request is for the ASIS team to relocate your equipment or hardware. This is necessary to prevent damage and keep equipment locations properly documented. Please provide 2 business days notice for all equipment moves.
  • New Purchase Request | This request type allows you to request a new purchase through ASIS, including new hardware and software. Budget authority may be needed to approve this.
  • Infrastructure & Network Hardware Requests | This includes Data Jack installations, activations, relocation, repairs, new wiring installation, repairs, etc., or SpectrumU Support.
  • Permissions and Access Requests | Use this to request additional permissions or access to a managed WSU system, such as a file share, software, etc. A supervisor's approval is required for access to be provided.
  • Documentation / Help Article Suggestion | This request is to suggest needed self-help documentation pages for our web portal. We value your feedback so that we can provide you with better resources!
